ডেস্ক রিপোর্ট ঢাকা: বিদায়ী পঞ্জিকা বছর ২০১৯ সালের বার্ষিক খরচ জমা দেওয়ার জন রাজনৈতিক দলগুলোকে তাগিদ দিয়েছে নির্বাচন কমিশনে (ইসি)। ২ জুলাই বৃহস্পতিবার ইসির সহকারী সচিব রৌশন আরার সই করা চিঠি দলগুলোর কাছে চিঠি পাঠানো শুরু করেছে। আগামী ৩১ জুলাইয়ের মধ্যে এই হিসাব জমা দিতে বলা হয়েছে। ২০০৮ সাল থেকে নিবন্ধন প্রথা চালুর পর গণপ্রতিনিধিত্ব আদেশ ১৯৭২ (আরপিও) মেনে প্রতিবছর আর্থিক লেনদেনের হিসাব দেওয়ার বাধ্যবাধকতা রয়েছে নিবন্ধিত রাজনৈতিক দলগুলোর। বর্তমানে ইসিতে ৪১টি দল নিবন্ধিত রয়েছে।
( বিজ্ঞাপন ) আগের বছর ২০১৮ সালের জাতীয় সংসদ নির্বাচনের বছরে অন্যতম প্রধান রাজনৈতিক দল তাদের আয় দেখিয়েছিল ২৪ কোটি এবং আরেক প্রধান দল বিএনপি আয় দেখিয়েছিল ১০ কোটি টাকা। নিয়মানুযায়ী অডিট রিপোর্ট রেজিস্টার্ড চার্টার্ড অ্যাকাউন্টিং ফার্মের মাধ্যমে নিরীক্ষা করার আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা রয়েছে। আরপিও অনুযায়ী নিবন্ধিত কোনো দল পরপর তিন বছর কমিশনে আর্থিক প্রতিবেদন দিতে ব্যর্থ হলে নিবন্ধন বাতিলের এখতিয়ার রয়েছে ইসির। চিঠিতে আগামী ৩১ জুলাইয়ের মধ্যে আর্থিক প্রতিবেদন জমা দেওয়ার অনুরোধ জানিয়ে দলগুলোর সাধারণ সম্পাদক/ মহাসচিব বরাবর তাগিদ দেওয়া হয়েছে। ২০১৯ সালের ১ জানুয়ারি থেকে ৩১ ডিসেম্বর পর্যন্ত রাজনৈতিক দলগুলোর কোন খাত থেকে কত টাকা আয় হয়েছে, কত টাকা ব্যয় হয়েছে, বিল–ভাউচারসহ তার পূর্ণাঙ্গ তথ্য কমিশনের নির্ধারিত একটি ছকে জমা দিতে হবে। সর্বশেষ ২০১৮ সালের অডিট রিপোর্ট নির্ধারিত সময়ে জমা দিয়েছিল নিবন্ধিত ৩৩টি দল। নির্ধারিত সময়ে প্রতিবেদন দিতে ব্যর্থ হয়েছিল ছয়টি দল। তারা ইসির কাছে আবেদন করে সময় নিয়ে পরে প্রতিবেদন জমা দিয়েছিল।
