করোনার আবহে রক্তদান শিবিরের আয়োজন করলো কোলকাতা জেলা ছাত্র পরিষদ। যেখানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন বিভিন্ন বাম ছাত্র সংগঠনের নেতৃত্বরাও।

এদিন কলেজস্ট্রীটে কোলকাতা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের মূল ফটকের সামনে অনুষ্ঠিত এই কর্মসূচিতে মোট ৪০ জন রক্তদাতা স্বেচ্ছায় রক্তদান করেন। কোলকাতা জেলা ছাত্র পরিষদের সভাপতি অর্ঘ্য গণ জানান কোভিড পরিস্থিতির কথা মাথায় রেখে এদিন তাঁরা আধুনিক প্রযুক্তিযুক্ত রক্ত সংগ্রহকারী বাসের ব্যবস্থা করেছিলেন। কংগ্রেস নেতা শুভঙ্কর সরকার, রোহন মিত্র, সোমদীপ ঘোষ প্রমুখদের পাশাপাশি বাম ছাত্র নেতা সৃজন ভট্টাচার্য, সৈকত গিরি,অর্জুন রায়, ময়ূখ বিশ্বাসরাও এদিনের কর্মসূচিতে উপস্থিত থেকে রক্তদাতাদের উৎসাহ দেন।
