ঝাড়গ্রাম :- শনিবার মহালয়ার সন্ধ্যায় রাজ্যের মন্ত্রী শুভেন্দু অধিকারি উদ্বোধন করলেন ঝাড়গ্রাম জেলা পুলিশের পুজো গাইড ম্যাপের। শহরের ফরেস্টের রেঞ্জের সভাগৃহে পুজো গাইড ম্যাপ এবং বয়স্ক ব্যক্তিদের পুলিশের উদ্যোগে বিনা পয়সায় পুজো দেখানো ব্যবস্থার শুভ সূচনা করেন মন্ত্রী। শুভেন্দু অধিকারি বলেন,‘জঙ্গলমহলে আমি অনেক দিন ধরে যাতায়াত করেছি এবং বহু কর্মসূচীতে অংশগ্রহন করেছি। আমাদের মাননীয়া মুখ্যমন্ত্রী তিনি যে ভাবে পুলিশকে মানুষের সঙ্গে মিশিয়ে দিয়েছেন আমার মনে হয় বড় পাওনা।
আমি একটা সময় দেখেছিলাম পুলিশের ভয়ে আমাদের ঘরের ছেলেটাকে বাড়ি থেকে তুলে নিয়ে চলে গেল সেই আবহাওয়াটাকে পরিবর্তন ঘটিয়ে পুলিশ আজকে নানা উৎসব-অনুষ্ঠানে অংশগ্রহণ করছে। আমাদের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী জঙ্গলমহলে একশো বারের বেশি রাত্রিযাপন করেছেন, যা তাঁর আগে কেউ করেনি। রাজ্যের কল্যাণকর কর্মসূচির প্রত্যেকটি মানুষের কাছে যাতে পৌঁছায় তা দেখার দায়িত্ব জনগনের। কোথাও কোন সমস্যায় পড়লে কোন, কোথাও কোন অন্যায় হলে আপনারা সরাসরি ডিএম ও এসপিকে জানাবেন। জঙ্গলমহলের মানুষজন মনে প্রাণে রাজ্য সরকারের সঙ্গে থেকে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাবেন।’
