উত্তর দিনাজপুর: ধর্ষনের দায়ে এক ব্যাক্তিকে সাত বছরের সশ্রম কারাদন্ড, ২০হাজার টাকা জরিমানা অনাদায়ে আরও ছয় মাসের জেল।আজ এই আদেশ দিলেন ইসলামপুর আদালতের অতিরিক্ত দায়রা বিচারক শেখ কামালউদ্দিন। আদালত সূত্রে জানা গেছে, উত্তর দিনাজপুর জেলার গোয়ালপোখর থানার আখিয়াবাড়ি টেনপুর গ্রামে এক কিশোরীকে বিয়ে প্রলভন দিয়ে সহবাসের পরও তাকে বিয়ে করতে না চাওয়ায় ২০১৫ সালে ২৩ অক্টোবর গোয়ালপোখর থানায় লিখিত অভিযোগের ভিত্তিতে পুলিশ অভিযুক্ত যুবক মোক্তাসির আলমকে গ্রেপ্তার করেছিল।সেই মামলায় ইসলামপুর মহকুমা আদালতের অতিরিক্ত দায়রা বিচারক এই রায় ঘোষনা করেন।
