মিটবল মাঞ্চুরিয়ান
উপকরণ
১. প্যাকেট চিকেন মিটবল- ১০/১২ টি
২. সয়াসস্ – ১ টেবিল চামচ
৩. চিলি সস্ – ২ টেবিল চামচ
৪. টমেটো সস- ২ টেবিল চামচ
৫. ভাঁজা পিয়াজ (বেরেস্তার মত মচমচে হবেনা, তবে ভাঁজা হবে)- আধা কাপ
৬. রসুন বাটা- আধা চা চামচ
৭. আদা বাটা- আধা চা চামচ
৮. কাঁচা মরিচ- ৪/৫ টি
৯. তেল- ১০০ গ্রাম
১০. লবণ- খুব সামান্য (সস্ গুলিতে যথেষ্ট লবণ থাকে)
প্রণালী
প্রথমে মিটবল গুলি ভেজে নাও। এবার একটি প্যানে তেল দিয়ে তাতে ভাঁজা পিয়াজ দিয়ে ভালমত ম্যাশ করে সামান্য পানি দাও। এতে একে একে আদাবাটা, রসুনবাটা ও সয়া সস দাও। মসলা খুব ভালমত কষে গেলে এবং এবার ভাঁজা মিটবল গুলি দিযে আরও কিছুক্ষণ কষিয়ে এবার টমেটো ও চিলি সস্ দাও। সামান্য লবণ দাও। এবার পানি দিয়ে ঢেকে দাও। পানি টেনে তেল উঠে গেলে কাঁচা মরিচ দিয়ে দমে রাখ ১০ মিনিট। পোলাও অথবা ফ্রাইড রাইসে দারুণ চলে মিটবল মাঞ্চুরিয়ান।
