পরিতোষ বর্মণঃ বিধানসভা নির্বাচনের জন্য গৌড়বঙ্গ ইউনিভার্সিটি অধীনস্থ সমস্ত কলেজে বার্ষিক পরীক্ষার দিন এগিয়ে আনা হয়েছে। যেই সময় কলেজের বার্ষিক পরীক্ষা হয় তার থেকে প্রায় দেড় মাস বা দু’মাস এগিয়ে নতুন পরীক্ষার নির্ঘণ্ট প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে গৌড়বঙ্গ ইউনিভার্সিটির পক্ষ থেকে। আর এতেই সমস্যায় পড়েছে কলেজের ছাত্র ছাত্রীরা। তাই আজ বালুরঘাট কলেজের ছাত্র ছাত্রীরা কলেজের অধ্যক্ষকে ডেপুটেশন দেয়। এদিন মোট ৪ দফা দাবীতে ডেপুটেশন দেয় তারা। নতুন বিজ্ঞপ্তি অনুসারে পরীক্ষা হলে বেশীর ভাগ ছেলে মেয়ের পরীক্ষায় বসতে পারবে না। বেশীর ভাগ বিষয়ের সব পাঠ্যসূচী শেষ এখন পর্যন্ত শেষ হয়নি। এমনকি তারা এখন পরীক্ষায় বসলে কেউই পরীক্ষায় উর্ত্তিনও হতে পারবে না বলে ছাত্র ছাত্রীদের অভিযোগ। তাই পাঠ্যসূচী শেষ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত বার্ষিক পরীক্ষা স্থগিত রাখার দাবী জানান তারা।
অন্য দিকে কলেজের অধ্যক্ষ পঙ্কজ কুমার কুন্ডু জানান, ছাত্র ছাত্রীদের অভিযোগের ভিত্তীতে তিনি গৌড়বঙ্গ ইউনিভার্সিটির উপাচার্যকে বিষয়টি জানাবেন।
