কলকাতা: আজ জল সংরক্ষণ দিবস। রবিবার রাজ্যেরর পুরমন্ত্রী তথা কলকাতা পুরসভার প্রশাসনিক বোর্ডের প্রধান ফিরহাদ হাকিম ভিডিও বার্তায় শহরবাসীর কাছে জল অপচয় বন্ধ করার আবেদন রাখেন। তিনি জানিয়েছেন, জল সংরক্ষণ করতে উদ্যোগ নিয়েছিলেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় সেভ লাইভ সেভ ওয়াটারের মধ্য দিয়ে। কলকাতা পৌরনিগমের তরফে শহরবাসীর কাছে আবেদন আপনারা জল বাঁচান পরিবেশ বা্রঁচান। পাশাপাশি তিনি আরও বলেছেন, জল সংরক্ষণ দিবসে আমরা সকলেই জল অপচয় বন্ধ করি এই অঙ্গীকার নিই। আসুন আমরা সকলেই একত্রিত হই।
