করোনা ভাইরাস মুক্ত পৃথিবী ফিরে আসুক দ্রুত। সেইসঙ্গে ফিরে আসুক জনজীবনের স্বাভাবিকতা। বুদ্ধ পূর্ণিমার আগেই উঠে যাক লকডাউন। এইসব আর্তি সকাল থেকে বিশেষ প্রার্থনা শুরু হয়েছে টালিগঞ্জ সম্বোধি বুদ্ধ মন্দিরে।আগামী ৭মে বৃহস্পতিবার পবিত্র বুদ্ধ পূর্ণিমা। তার আগে ৩ মে ভারতে লকডাউনের নির্ধারিত সময়সীমা শেষ হওয়ার কথা। করোনা নিয়ন্ত্রণে এসে ওই দিনই যেন উঠে যায় লকডাউন।সেজন্য টালিগঞ্জ সম্বোধি বুদ্ধ মন্দিরে সকাল থেকে প্রার্থনা করেন বৌদ্ধ ভিক্ষুরা। টালিগঞ্জ সম্বোধি বৌদ্ধ বিহারের অধ্যক্ষ ডঃ অরুণজ্যোতি ভিক্ষু বলেন, আমরা গোটা বিশ্বে সকলে একসঙ্গে যেন বুদ্ধ পূর্ণিমা পালন করতে পারি।

বৌদ্ধ সন্ন্যাসীরা প্রার্থনা করেন মানুষ যেন করোনা থেকে মুক্তি পান ও তাড়াতাড়ি বিশ্বে স্থিরতা ফিরে আসে। সেইসঙ্গে বৌদ্ধ ধর্মের পক্ষ থেকে মুসলিম সম্প্রদায়ের সকলকে পবিত্র রমজানের শুভেচ্ছা জ্ঞাপন করেন টালিগঞ্জ সম্বোধি বুদ্ধ বিহারের অধ্যক্ষ ডক্টর অরুণ জোতি ভিক্ষু।
