রেশন বন্টন নিয়ে হাজার অভিযোগ, সরানো হলো খাদ্য সচিবকে। মনোজ আগরওয়ালকে সরিয়ে দেওয়া হল। খাদ্যমন্ত্রী বৃহস্পতিবার খাদ্য দপ্তরে আধিকারিকদের নিয়ে জরুরি বৈঠক করলেন। আধিকারিকদের কড়া নির্দেশ দিলেন কোন রকমের অনিয়ম মানবেন না তিনি। লকডাউনের জেরে গরীব মানুষের পেটে ভাত নেই। এই সময় রেশনে ব্যাপক দুর্নীতি চলছে বলে বিরোধী দলগুলোর পক্ষ থেকে অভিযোগ করা হচ্ছিল।

কংগ্রেস নেতা অধীর চৌধুরী থেকে সিপিএম নেতা সুজন চক্রবর্তী একই অভিযোগ তুলেছিলেন। সাধারণ মানুষের অভিযোগ সরকার যে ঘোষণা করেছে সেই পরিমাণ মাল পাচ্ছেন না রেশন দোকান থেকে। অভিযোগের কথা স্বীকার করে নিয়েছেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী। নবান্ন অনুষ্ঠিত মন্ত্রিসভার বৈঠকে এই প্রসঙ্গ উঠে আসে। মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর নির্দেশে সচিব বদল এর সিদ্ধান্ত হয় বলে জানা গিয়েছে। এ বিষয়ে নবান্নের নোটিশ জারি হয়েছে বলেও খবর।
