পোলাওয়ের রেসিপি এ বার রেখে দিন নখদর্পণে।

নিজস্ব প্রতিবেদন ঃ  উৎসবের মরসুমে বাড়িতেই সহজে বানিয়ে ফেলুন নানান স্বাদের পদ। বাড়ির সদস্যদের মুখে পোলাওয়ের মনকা়ড়া স্বাদ তুলে দিতে চাইলে বাসন্তী পোলাওয়ের রেসিপি এ বার রেখে দিন নখদর্পণে।

উপকরণ ; চাল ২ কাপ, পেয়াজ ২ টো , তেল ২ টেবিল চামচ, গোটা গরমমশলা পরিমানমত, তেজপাতা ৩টে, হলুদ গুড়ো ১চা চামচ, লবন পরিমানমত, চিনি হাফ কাপ।

প্রণালী:
প্যানে তেল গরম হলে কেটে রাখা পেয়াজ সোনালী করে ভেজে তুলে রাখুন।ওই তেলে গরমমশলা ও তেজপাতা ফোড়ন দিন।তারপর চাল,হলুদ গুড়ো ও লবন মেশান। নাড়তে থাকুন।খেয়াল রাখুন যেন নীচে লেগে না যায়।এরপর ৪ কাপ গরম জল মেশান সাথে চিনি পুরোটা দিয়ে দিন।কম আঁচে ঢাকনা দিয়ে রাখুন।চাল সিদ্ধ হয়ে,জল শুকিয়ে এলে নামিয়ে নিয়ে পেঁয়াজ ভাজা সাজিয়ে গরম গরম পরিবেশন করুন।
