দিনভর বৃষ্টিতে বিপর্যস্ত কলকাতা৷

নিজস্ব প্রতিবেদন; শুক্রবার বিকাল থেকেই শহর কলকাতা সহ পার্শবর্তী অঞ্চলে বৃষ্টি পাতের ফলে শহরের বেশ কিছু জায়গায় জল জমে যায়। ফলে সমস্যায় পরেন পথ চলতি সাধারন মানুষ। শুক্রবারের পর শনিবারের একটানা তুমুল বৃষ্টিতে বিপর্যস্ত কলকাতা৷

শুক্রবার বিকেল ৩টে থেকে শনিবার বেলা ২টোর মধ্যে কলকাতা সহ জেলাগুলিতে হয়েছে রেকর্ড বৃষ্টি। আলিপুর আবহাওয়া দপ্তর সূত্রে খবর, আগামী ২৪ ঘণ্টায় ভারী বৃষ্টিপাত হতে পারে কলকাতা-সহ গাঙ্গেয় দক্ষিণবঙ্গে৷

দিনভর বৃষ্টিতে শহরের বেশ কিছু জায়গায় জল জমে যায়। পাশাপাশি একটি নিম্নচাপ তৈরি হওয়ায় আজ, রবিবারও একইরকম ভারী থেকে অতিভারী বৃষ্টিপাত হবে দক্ষিমবঙ্গের জেলাগুলিতে। কলকাতা, হাওড়া, হুগলি, দুই ২৪ পরগণা, নদিয়া, দুই বর্ধমান, মেদিনীপুর, পুরুলিয়া ও বাঁকুড়ায় বৃষ্টি হতে পারে। এছাড়া শহরের বেশ কিছু অংশে ইতিমধ্যেই জল জমে রয়েছে।
