দক্ষিণবঙ্গে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে নামতে পারে বর্ষা, এরকম আশ্বাস দিলেন আলিপুর আবহাওয়া দফতর। দক্ষিণবঙ্গে আগামীকালই মৌসুমী বায়ুর আগমন ঘটতে পারে বলে জানিয়েছেন আলিপুর আবহাওয়া দপ্তর। আবহবিদদের পূর্বাভাস মত সপ্তাহের মধ্যে বৃষ্টিপাত হওয়ার কথা ছিল দক্ষিণবঙ্গে ,অবশেষে সেই পূর্বাভাস মতোই শুক্রবার বৃষ্টি হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে দক্ষিণের জেলা গুলিতে।পুরুলিয়া থেকে দক্ষিণ ২৪ পরগণা সর্বত্র বজ্রপাত সহ বৃষ্টি হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে। আলিপুর আবহাওয়া দপ্তরের খবর সূত্রে, উত্তর পূর্ব বঙ্গোপসাগরে নিম্নচাপ সৃষ্টি হয়েছে। বাংলার উপকূলীয় অঞ্চলের খুবই নিকটে রয়েছে মৌসুমি বায়ু।
তবে প্রথম মৌসুমী বায়ুর আগমন ,ততটা শক্তিশালী হবে না। তাই খুব বেশী বৃষ্টি হবে না প্রথম দফায়। আগামী ২৪ ঘন্টায় কলকাতাসহ দক্ষিণবঙ্গে বর্ষা নামতে পারে।
