উপকরণ:
মাটন কিমা – ৫০০ গ্রাম
পিয়াজ কুঁচি – ১/৪ কাপ
শুকনা মরিচ গুড়া- ১ চা চামচ
পুদিনা পাতা কুঁচি – ১/৪ কাপ
কাঁচা মরিচ কুঁচি – ২ টেবিল চামচ
লবন- স্বাদ মত
ডিম- ৪টি
টোস্ট বিস্কুটের গুড়া – ১ কাপ
পাউরুটি গুড়া- ৩ পিস
টমেটো সস্- ২ টেবিল চামচ
তেল- ভাজার জন্য
স্পেশাল গরম মসলা- ২ চা চামচ (জায়ফল- অর্ধেক, জয়িত্রি-৫টি, দারুচিনি-8 টি, এলাচ–৫টি, কাবাবচিনি- ৫টি, শাহজিরা-আধা চা চামচ, মৌরি- ১ চা চামচ, সাদা গোল মরিচ গুড়া ১/২ চা চামচ, জিরা- ১ চা চামচ। সকল উপকরণ মিশিয়ে গরম মসলা তৈরী করতে হবে)।
প্রণালী
২টি ডিম, ১/২ কাপ টোস্টের গুড়া ও তেল বাদে সকল উপকরণ ভালভাবে মিশিয়ে নাও। এবার কাবাবের আকার গড়ে বিস্কুটের গুড়ায় গড়িয়ে নাও। ডিম ফেটার সময় সামান্য লবন, গোলমরিচ গুড়া ও শুকনা মরিচ দাও। এবার ডিমে ডুবিয়ে কাবাব গুলি ডুবো তেলে ভেজে গরম গরম পরিবেশন কর। পোলাও, বিরিয়ারী, ভাত, পরোটার সাথে কিংবা শুধুও জালি কাবাব খেতে দারুন মজা।
