আজ দিল্লির ফিরোজ শাহ কোটলাতে সিরিজের অন্তিম ম্যাচে টসে জিতে প্রথমে ব্যাটিংয়ের সিদ্ধান্ত নেয় অস্ট্রেলিয়া। শুরুটা ভালো করলেও ভারতের বোলারদের দাপটে ৯ উইকেট হারিয়ে ২৭২ রান করে। উসমান খাওয়াজা দলের হয়ে সর্বোচ্চ ১০০ রান করেন।
জবাবে ব্যাট করতে নেমে শুরুটা ভালো করলেও কোহলির আউট হওয়ার পর থেকেই একের পর এক উইকেট হারাতে থাকে ভারত। জাম্পা এবং কামিন্সের দাপটে ২৩৭ রানে অল আউট হয়ে যায় ভারত। অস্ট্রেলিয়া এই ম্যাচটি ৩৫ রানে যেতে এবং সিরিজ জিতে নেয় ৩-২ এ।
