১. কাতল মাছের টুকরা- ৫/৬ পিস
২. পিঁয়াজ বাটা- ৩ টেবিল চামচ
৩. আদা বাটা- আধা চা চামচ
৪. রসুন বাটা – আধা চা চামচ
৫. জিরে বাটা – ১ চা চামচ
৬. শুকনা মরিচ গুড়া- ১ চা চামচ
৭. হলুদ গুড়া- আধা চা চামচ
৮. লবন- পরিমান মত
৯. তেল- ১/৪ কাপ
১০. কাঁচা মরিচ – ৫/৬ টি
১১. জিরে গুড়া- আধা চা চামচ
১২. টমেটো সস- ১ টেবিল চামচ
১৩. চিলি সস- ১ টেবিল চামচ
প্রণালী
কাতল মাছ হালকা ভাবে ভেজে নাও। এবার ওই তেলের মধ্যে পানি দিয়ে কাঁচা মরিচ, জিরে গুড়া ও সস বাদে সব মসলা দিয়ে ভালমত কষিয়ে নাও। পানি ফুটে উঠলে মাছ দাও। তেল ওঠার একটু আগে টমটো ও চিলি সস দাও। এবার তেল উঠে গেলে জিরে গুড়া ও কাঁচামরিচ দিয়ে দমে রাখ।
