হাওড়া: দক্ষিণ-পূর্ব রেলের আন্দুল স্টেশনে টিকিট কাউন্টার থেকে বেরিয়ে ডাউন ও আপ লাইনে ট্রেন ধরতে গেলে ১ নং প্ল্যাটফর্ম থেকে ওভার ব্রিজ ধরে ডাউন ও আপ লাইনে যেতে হয়। তবে ১ নং প্ল্যাটফর্ম থেকে দুটি সিঁড়ি আছে ওভার ব্রীজে ওঠার জন্য। সম্প্রীতি একদিকের সিঁড়ি বন্ধ রেখে রক্ষণাবেক্ষনের কাজ চলছে কিছুদিন যাবৎ।
কিন্তু সাধারণ যাত্রীদের প্রশ্ন হচ্ছে, রক্ষণাবেক্ষনের কাজ করতে গেলে যে সংস্থা কাজ করে তাকে একটি নোটিশ বোর্ড টাঙ্গিয়ে ওই জায়গার অংশটিকে ঘিরে দিয়ে সতর্ক করে কাজ করতে হয়। যাতে কোনো রকম ভাবেই জায়গাটি দিয়ে সাধারণ মানুষ চলাচল না করে। কিন্তু এখানে যে ছবিটা দেখা যাচ্ছে একটি ক্যাটারার সংস্থা যার নাম “স্নেহাঞ্জলী ক্যাটারারে” বোর্ড দিয়ে ঘিরে কাজ চলছে রেলের কাজ।
ক্যাটারিং এর মালিক অপূর্ব বাবু জানান আমাদের যে তার সাথে রেলে চুক্তি আছে সাইনবোর্ড লাগানোর কিন্তু রেল যে এই ভাবে তার সাইনবোর্ড কে ব্যাবহার করছে সেটা তার জানা নেই। তবে এখন প্রশ্ন হচ্ছে রেলের গাফিলতিতেই কি এই ধরনের কাজ চলছে ? সাধারণ যাত্রীরা রেল কর্তৃপক্ষের ও ক্যাটারিং সংস্থার এই ধরণের কাজের ভুমিকা নিয়ে নানান প্রশ্ন তুলছে।
