বহরমপুরঃ আগামী ১৯শে জানুয়ারীর প্রস্তুতি সভার আয়োজন হয় বহরমপুর টেক্সটাইল কলেজ মোড়ে বৃহস্পতিবার বিকেলে। এদিন বিকেলে বহরমপুর সভামঞ্চ থেকে হরিহরপাড়া বিধায়ক এবং সাগরদিঘী বিধায়ক তথা জেলা সভাপতি পরিবহন মন্ত্রী শুভেন্দু অধিকারীকে বহরমপুর লোকসভা আসনে প্রার্থী হওয়ার জন্য আবেদন জানালে, শুভেন্দু অধিকারী বলেন “আমাদের দলে এইভাবে প্রার্থী হয়না। আমাদের দলে কে প্রার্থী হবেন দলনেত্রী তা জানেন। তিনি ঠিক সময়ে সঠিক প্রার্থী দেবেন”।
মন্ত্রী আরও বলেন এখানে শুভেন্দু অধিকারীকে লাগবে না। এখানে পঞ্চায়েত সমিতির সভাপতি সুকুমার অধিকারী অধীর চৌধুরীকে হারানোর জন্য যথেষ্ট। তিনি বলেন আগামী দিনে অধীর চৌধুরী নামক হ য ব র ল নেতাকে বহরমপুরে কয়েক লক্ষ ভোটে হারাবো”। এদিনের বহরমপুর সভা মঞ্চে উপস্থিত ছিলেন মন্ত্রী শুভেন্দু অধিকারী ছাড়ও জেলা সভাপতি সুব্রত সাহা, নওদা বিধায়ক আবু তাহের খান, কান্দী বিধায়ক অপূর্ব সরকার, মুর্শিদাবাদ বিধায়ক শাওনি সিংহ, ডোমকল পৌরসভার চেয়ারম্যান সৌমিক হোসেন, মুর্শিদাবাদ জেলা পরিষদের সভাধিপতি মোসারফ হোসেন সহ অন্যান্য নেতা নেত্রীরা।
