ক্যাশিওনাট সালাদ
উপকরণ:
১. ক্যাশিওনাট – আধা কাপ
২. বোনলেস চিকেন – আধা কাপ
৩. চিংড়িমাছ খোসা ছাড়ানো- আধা কাপ
৪. পেঁয়াজ কুঁচি- আধা কাপ
৫. ক্যাপসিকাম কুঁচি- আধা কাপ
৬. ধনেপাতা কুঁচি – ১ টেবিল চামচ
৭. চিলি সস- ১ টেবিল চামচ
৮. ময়দা – ১ টেবিল চামচ
৯. কর্ণ ফ্লাওয়ার – ১ টেবিল চামচ
১০. লেবুর রস- ২ চা চামচ
১১. চিনি – ১ চা চামচ
১২. ডিম ফেটা- ১ টি (লবন, গোলমরিচ গুড়া, শুকনা মরিচ গুড়া ও সামান্য টেস্টিং সল্ট দিয়ে)
১৩. কাঁচা মরিচ কুঁচি – ১ টেবিল চামচ
১৪. টমেটো কুঁচি ১ টি
১৫. সিসেমি সিড- ২ টেবিল চামচ
১৬. লবণ – ১/৪ বা কোয়ার্টার চা চামচ
১৭. টমেটো সস – ২ টেবিল চামচ
১৮. হোয়াইট সস- ২ টেবিল চামচ
১৯. মেয়নিজ- ১ টেবিল চামচ
২০. চিলি সস- ১ টেবিল চামচ
১৮. তেল (ভাজার জন্য) পরিমাণমত
প্রণালী:
চিংড়ি খোসা ছাড়িয়ে ধুয়ে নিন। চিকেন ধুয়ে জুলিয়ান কাট (চিকন ও লম্বা কাট) করে নিন। চিকেন ও চিংড়ি লবণ, কাঁচামরিচ কুচি, ডিম, চিনি, ময়দা ও কর্ণফ্লাওয়ার দিয়ে মেরিনেট করে রাখুন ৫ মিনিট।
মেরিনেট করা চিকেন ও চিংড়ি ডুবো তেলে লাল করে ভেজে রাখুন। এমনভাবে ভাজবেন যেন মুরগির মাংস একসাথে লেগে না থাকে। কাজু বাদাম ভেজে নিন। ভাজা চিংড়ি, চিকেন ও কাজু বাদাম ও বাকি সব উপকরণ এক সাথে মিশিয়ে পরিবেশন করুন।
