কলকাতা: মঙ্গলবার রেড রোডে পুজো কার্নিভাল। শহরের বাছাই করা পুজো কমিটি গুলো অংশ নিচ্ছে এই কার্নিভাল। নির্বিঘ্নে পুরো আয়োজন যাতে সম্পন্ন হয় তার জন্য প্রস্তুত প্রশাসন। কার্নিভালেরর জন্য মোট ২ হাজার পুলিশ কর্মী থাকবেন।মঙ্গলবার সকাল থেকে রেড রোডে যান চলাচল ব্যবস্থা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা হবে। কার্নিভালের দিন হসপিটাল রোড, ক্যাসুরিনা এভিন্যিউ, মেয়ো রোড আংশিক বন্ধ করা হতে পারে, যান চলাচলের জন্য খোলা থাকবে জে এল নেহেরু রোড।
মুল মঞ্চে থাকবে মোট ৯০ জন। মঞ্চের চারিদিকে থাকবে সাদা পোশাকের পুলিশ কর্মী, থাকবে কলকাতা পুলিশের STF এর পুলিশ কর্মীরা।মঙ্গলবার সকাল থেকেই গোটা রেড রোডে কলকাতা পুলিশের পুলিশ কুকুর দিয়ে তল্লাশি করা হবে। থাকবে বোম্ব স্কোয়াড এর পুলিশ কর্মীরা। পাশাপাশি অনুষ্ঠান চলাকালীন থাকবে SAF, RAF, QRT, SB এর পুলিশ কর্মীরা।
বিদেশি পর্যটকদের জন্য ১৫০০ টি আসন সংরক্ষিত রয়েছে। মোট আসন থাকবে ২০ হাজার।
