সমাজ সম্পদ অ্যাচিভমেন্ট অ্যাওয়ার্ড সম্মানে ভূষিত সাংসদ ইদ্রিশ আলি

কলকাতা: ২০১৮ সালে সাংসদ উন্নয়ন তহবিলের মাধ্যমে উন্নয়ন মূলক কাজে রাজ্যের ৪২ জন সাংসদের মধ্যে প্রথম হয়েছেন। বসিরহাটের সাংসদ ইদ্রিশ আলির মুকুটে আরও একটি নতুন পালক সংযোজিত হল। এবার তাঁকে দেওয়া হল সমাজ সম্পদ অ্যাচিভমেন্ট অ্যাওয়ার্ড। বৃহস্পতিবার সাংসদকে এই সম্মানে ভূষিত করা হল। বেঙ্গল এডুকেশন ডেভলপমেন্ট ফাউন্ডশেন এই সম্মান প্রদান করল। সামাজিক কর্মকান্ডে অসামান্য অবদানের জন্য ইদ্রিশ আলিকেই এবছর এই সম্মাননার জন্য বেছে নেয় বেঙ্গল এডুকেশন ফাউন্ডেশনের কর্তারা। সম্মান পেয়ে খুশি ইদ্রিশ আলি। তিনি বলেন, “সাধারণ মানুষের জন্য তিনি যে কাজ করে চলেছেন তা মাননীয় মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের অনুপ্রেরণার ফলেই সম্ভব হয়েছে। ২০১৯ এর লোকসভা ভোটে দেশ থেকে বিজেপি ফিনিশ হয়ে যাবে। মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়কে দেশের কোটি কোটি মানুষ প্রধানমন্ত্রী হিসাবে চাইছেন। “
