পশ্চিম মেদিনীপুর: প্লাস্টিক বাঁধা কপির আতঙ্ক এবার পশ্চিম মেদিনীপুর জেলার ঘাটাল মহকুমার চন্দ্রকোনায়।সকালে চন্দ্রকোনার রেগুলেটেড মার্কেট থেকে একটি বড় সাইজের বাঁধাকপি কিনে আনেন চন্দ্রকোনা পৌরসভার ৩ নং ওয়ার্ডের বাসিন্দা সুজিত রানার বড় ছেলে সুকান্ত রানা।সুজিতবাবুর বৌমা মান্তু রানা ওই বাঁধাকপি কাটতে গেলে সন্দেহ হয়। এতেই বাড়ে কৌতুহল এবং শুরু করেন নিজেরাই পরিক্ষা নিরিক্ষা। ওই কপিটি পুড়াতে গেলে কোনও মতেই পুড়েনা। টানলেই বাড়ছে আর এতেই আতঙ্কিত পরিবার। বাজার থেকে চড়া দামে মিলছে এখন বাঁধাকপি। তা সত্বেও হাত পুড়িয়ে মধ্যবিত্ত এই পরিবারটি আজকের আহারে বাঁধাকপির স্বাদ করলেও তা আর মিটলো না উপরি পাওনা খাবারে আতঙ্কে। এরকমই ঘটনা দেখা গেলো রানা পরিবারের।
