জুবের আহমেদ এর নানা ভাবতা গ্রামের জমিদার বাড়ির একজন মানুষ ইসমাইল সাহেব যিনি ভালই ফুটবল খেলতেন আর মামারাও ফুটবল খেলতেন তাই খেলার অনুপ্রেরনা খুব ছোট থেকে পেয়ে যায়।জুবের আহমেদ কিছুদিন কলকাতার নামি ক্লাব মহানবাগান এর জুনিয়ার দলে কিছুদিন খেলে তার পর ফেসবুক এর মাধম্যে দিল্লিতে বাইচুঙ ভুটিয়া ট্রায়াল ও ইন্টারভিউ নেয় তার পরে সিলেক্ট হয়ে এখন স্পেনের রিয়াল মাদ্রিদে । জুবের আহমেদ ছেলেদের অনুপ্রেনা যোগাবে ।
