ধর্ষিতার হাতে নিজেই আক্রান্ত ধর্ষক

আমরা আর কত দিন মেনে নেব এই অত্যাচার। না আর হবে না এমনই নজীর তৈরী করল মুম্বইয়ের এক তরুণী। এবার এক ধর্ষককে ব্লেড দিয়ে তার পুরুষাঙ্গ কেটে দিলেন কুড়ি বছরের তরুণী।

তরুণীর এই সাহসী পদক্ষেপ কে সাধুবাদ জানিয়েছেন মুম্বাই পুলিশের ডেপুটি কমিশনার অফ পুলিশ শাহজি উমাপ। যুবকের নাম শামশের শেখ। গত ১৫ আগষ্ট স্বাধীনতা দিবসের দিন চাকরির প্রলোভন দেখিয়ে ওই তরুণী কে আহ্বান জানায় এক ওয়ার্কশপে। এবং এখানে ধস্তাধস্তি শুরু করলে তরুণী আত্মরক্ষার জন্য চিৎকার করলে তা সোনা যায় না। কেননা ওই দিন স্বাধীনতা দিবস উপলক্ষে মাইক বাজছিল যার কারনে বাইরে থেকে কিছু শোনা যায়নি। কিন্তু হঠাৎই অদুরে একটি ব্লেড পড়ে থাকতে দেখে ওই তরুণী আর যেটা দিয়ে ওই ধর্ষকের পুরুষাঙ্গে আঘাত করে। রক্তাক্ত অবস্থায় পড়ে থাকতে দেখে ওই তরুণী পালিয়ে যায়। এর পর পুলিশের খবর দেন ওই তরুণী। পুলিশ গ্রেফতার করে সামসের নামের ওই যুবককে।
