ইতিমধ্যে শুনেছেন ২৫১ দিয়ে স্মার্ট ফোন ইন্টারনেট এ বুকিং করা যাচ্ছে। ফোনটির দামের সাথে নামের খুব মিল রয়েছে। মোবাইলটির নাম ফ্রিডম ২৫১। এখন স্মার্ট ফোন কেনা একদম আপনার হাতের মধ্যে একটি মোবাইল চিপের থেকে স্মার্ট ফোনের দামটা খুব কম। ফোনটি আজ থেকে বিক্রি হওয়ার কথা ছিল । কিন্তু বিশ্বের সবথেকে কম দামের এই স্মার্ট ফোন না কেনায় হবে ঠিক সিদ্ধান্ত। তার বেশ কী কী কারণ একটু জেনে নিন।
১. সংস্থার বিশ্বাস যোগ্যতা নিয়ে সন্দেহ থেকেই যাচ্ছে। কারণ এই সংস্থা কিছুদিন আগেই স্মার্ট ১০১ নামে একটি ফোন বাজারে এনেছিল। কিন্তু ওয়েবসাইটে ফোন বিক্রি করলেও কোনো নামী ওনলাইন বিপণন সংস্থার নাম নেই তাদের তালিকায়।
২. শতাধিক লোক সেই ১০১ স্মার্ট ফোন ওনলাইনে কিনলেও ফোন পাওয়া তো দূরের কথা। কনফার্মেশনই পাননি অনেক ক্রেতারা।
৩. কোনো কোনো ক্রেতারা বলেছেন সংস্থার কার্স্টমার কেয়ার নম্বরটি ও ঠিকানাটি নয়।
৪. ফোন সংস্থাটির জনসংযোগের দায়ভার যে সংস্থার হাতে আছে। তাদের কোনো পূর্বপরিচিত নেই।
