খবরইন্ডিয়াঅনলাইনঃ ২১ তম চলচ্চিত্র উৎসব সাংবাদিক সম্বেলন হয়ে গেল। আগামী ১৪ থেকে ২১ নভেম্বর পর্যন্ত চলবে উৎসব। এবার বাজেট আরও বাড়ানো হলো। উৎসবে উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠানে থাকছেন সস্ত্রীক অমিতাভ বচ্চন, বিদ্যা বালান ও শর্মিলা ঠাকুর প্রমুখ। শ্যুটিং থাকার জন্য শাহরুখ খান আসতে পারবেন না। নন্দন অধিকর্তা যাদব মণ্ডল জানালেন, বহু বিদেশি অতিথি থাকবেন এবারের উৎসবে। তথ্য ও সংস্কৃতি সচিব অত্রি ভট্টাচার্য জানান, গতবারের বরাদ্দ বাজেট থেকে প্রায় পঁচিশ শতাংশ টাকা সঞ্চয় করা গেছে। তাই আমরা চেষ্টা করবো এই বারও যেন সঞ্চয় করা যায়। ২১ তম উৎসবকে যথেষ্ট আড়ম্বর পূর্ণ করে তুলতে সচেষ্ট উৎসব কমিটি। প্রায় ৬১ টি দেশের ১৩৭ জন পরিচালকের ১৪৯ টি সিনেমা এবারে উৎসবে জায়গা পেয়েছে। কলকাতা শহরে ১২ টি প্রেক্ষাগৃহে সিনেমাগুলি দেখানো হবে। এবারও থাকছে মহিলা পরিচালকদের নিয়ে প্রতিযোগিতা বিভাগটি। এই খানে ১৪ টি সিনেমা দেখানো হবে। এই প্রতিযোগিতায় সেরা চলচ্চিত্র পাবে ৫১ লক্ষ টাকা, সেরা পরিচালক পাবে ২১ লক্ষ টাকা। মহিলাদের চলচ্চিত্রে বিচারক থাকছেন শর্মিলা ঠাকুর। এই বছর থেকে সেরা শর্ট ফিকশন ও তথ্যচিত্রকে ১ লক্ষ টাকা পুরস্কার দেওয়া হবে। সাংবাদিক সম্বেলনে সেরা পুরস্কার হিসেবে সোনার রয়েল বেঙ্গল টাইগারটি আবরণ উন্মোচন করেন রঞ্জিত মল্লিক, মুনমুন সেন ও হরনাথ চক্রবর্তী প্রমুখ ব্যক্তি বর্গরা। তাছাড়া এবার চলচ্চিত্রে উৎসবে অনেক নতুন জিনিস সংযোজন হতে চলেছে। উৎসবে থিম সঙও নতুন সংযোজন হবে। উৎসবে সত্যজিৎ রায় মেমোরিয়াল বক্তৃতা দেবেন অভিনেতা রাহুল বোস।
উদ্বোধনী ছবিটি নাম থাকলেও পরে মুছে দেওয়া হয়েছে। তাই এবার কলকাতা আন্তজাতিক চলচ্চিত্র উৎসবটি শীতের আমেজে হয়ে উঠবে জমজমাট।
